His extensive experience across the business, healthcare, non-profit, faith-based and educational sectors gives him a broad perspective on effectively navigating complex organizational change.

As founder and principal of Insight Out Consulting, Greg leads a firm dedicated to advancing impactful, inclusive leadership. His approach combines innovative strategy development with hands-on implementation, enabling leaders and organizations to thrive in increasingly diverse environments. 

His highly regarded coaching, with certification from the International Coaching Federation, undergirds his expertise in guiding executives toward impactful leadership. Greg collaborates with senior consultants from diverse backgrounds, with whom he has long-standing relationships, leveraging these high-value partnerships to bring in different perspectives for effective and dynamic solutions.

Before founding Insight Out Consulting, Greg served as the Vice President and Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where he led enterprise-wide initiatives. His work there was pivotal in advancing the organization’s inclusive leadership capabilities, fostering cultural change and positioning Liberty Mutual as a leader in the industry. Greg received the company's highest honor, the Chairman’s Award, along with two President's Excellence Awards, in recognition of the considerable impact he and his team had on the organization.

Greg’s career also includes a significant tenure at VISIONS, Inc., where he managed a diverse consulting team that delivered high-impact consulting services and leadership strategies. His ability to craft compelling approaches and coach leaders through complex challenges has been a hallmark of his career.

Greg holds a Master of Divinity from Harvard University, teaching credentials from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Colorado College. He won the J. Glenn Gray Award for his practical application of philosophy to real-world challenges. His academic background, combined with his extensive professional experience, equips him with a unique perspective on leadership, ethics and organizational change.
